These terms cover your use of Quotenod, software built and run by BYBOWU (bybowu.com). By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: [email protected].

What Quotenod is

Quotenod is software. It lets you send quotes, record your customer’s electronic acceptance, offer start dates and collect deposits through your own Stripe account. Quotenod is not a party to your contracts with your customers.

You are the seller and the merchant

  • Deposits are charged directly on your Stripe account. You are the seller and merchant of record. The money goes to you, not to us.
  • You handle refunds, cancellations, chargebacks and disputes in your own Stripe Dashboard, under your agreement with Stripe. Quotenod never refunds on your behalf.
  • You are responsible for your quotes: prices, taxes, licenses, the work, and following the laws that apply to you and your customers.

State checks are help, not legal advice

The California deposit limit, the Arizona contract details and the FTC cooling-off notice in the builder help you include what those rules ask for. They don’t make any quote compliant, and they aren’t legal advice. Other states have no checks yet.

Plans and billing

  • Free: 3 sent quotes a month, with a “Sent with Quotenod” line on your quotes.
  • Pro: $19 a month or $190 a year, billed in advance by Stripe. It renews automatically at the same price each month or year until you cancel. Unlimited quotes, no Quotenod line.
  • Cancel anytime from the Plan page. Pro continues until the end of the paid period; we don’t refund partial periods.
  • We’ll give at least 30 days’ notice by email before changing a price you pay.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Quotenod to send spam, to mislead customers, to collect deposits for work you don’t intend to do, or to break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your data

Your quotes and customer records are yours. You can export them or delete your account at any time; see the privacy policy.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Quotenod running and your data safe, but we provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows, BYBOWU isn’t liable for lost jobs, lost profits or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll email you before the change takes effect.
